Ohio offers numerous pathways to increase students’ access to college including several school reform initiatives such as the Ohio High School Transformation Initiative, Community Schools (charter schools), Early College Learning Options, the College Access Network, and Academic Curriculum Alignment and Standards. Early College High Schools are being implemented at the present time, and International Baccalaureate (IB) programs are growing in the state.
