| The state of New York is particularly active in the early college high school initiative, Tech Prep, and pre-collegiate programs, including the Liberty Partnership Program, the science and technology entry program, and the Compañeros-education collaborative of New York state. All of these programs are implemented through partnerships among postsecondary educators, K-12 public and private secondary educators, parents, and other stakeholders. |
